Hello everyone, I am new to Toyotas but have an issue I need help with. I got my windows tinted and the tint guy broke my master control switch. Semi my fault as I should have told him its tricky to get the windows down. I got a new master control switch from Amazon and installed it, it didn't work correctly so I emailed the vendor for an RMA. Vendor says it needs to be rewired and emailed instructions. I rewired and installed again, now my power locks work but the windows still don't. I looked for a possible blown fuse, but can't find one that says Windows or Accessories. What could be my issue? I rewired it as the instructions said to and it matched my old switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, my BACK DOOR light is on. I cannot roll down that window from the console or with the key. I climbed into the back and tried to pull the latch and open the door, the latch seems to be stuck. I'm not sure if this is related, but I thought I'd list it as a possible symptom as well.

is the relay behind the drivers seat on the side panel clicking?

Take a read through this thread. They start confusing themselves about the location of the "door control relay" but towards the end you will see that a few people had the same issue. They ordered a new door switch, wired it according to instructions that were wrong and it fried some solder runs in the relay. You might have the same issue. Now that you have it wired correctly I would suggest taking a look at the relay. Just to be clear since the thread above gets a little back and forth on the location, I am pretty sure your relay is behind the ECU in the pass side kick panel. There is a box on the 1st gens around the clutch, but it is the door chime box and gets confused with the door control relay since it was moved to this location in the 2nd gens.
I fixed mine by taking it out, cleaning with electrical cleaner and giving it a few love taps. It has worked fine since.

The two should be separate issues. Your relay behind the driver door in the B Post is for the rear window and the one in the pass kick panel is for the front doors. I know BV knows this just wanted to pass that along as you are troubleshooting.
Hopefully the rear window is not working only because of the the rear door being "open." This would take some back and forth as you can't lower the window without the door closed circuit being complete and you can't open the door without the window being all the way down. Your probably going to have to open up the tailgate from the inside and play with a combination of moving the window down manually. See if you can get to the motor, jump power from the battery to the "blue/yellow" wire and ground the "blue/black" wire and get the window down. Then you would at least be able to open the door and re-close it to see if maybe it was just jammed up or something. After you get it closed and the rear door light out, try your console and key switches again. If no good then then take a look at the relay.

If the rear wiper is not fully parked, the window will not operate.

Yeah totally didn't think to mention that possibility. I guess I was thinking too much on the back door not being shut. That's the main reason I search like a fool. It never seems to be that all the info is in one thread. It is usually spread out in a crap ton of different places.
Jesusio, here is another thread about a rear window issue. While I would check the wiper, the door closing issue and the motor before I started getting into crazy wiring issues, it might help down the road.
