The only thing stock turbo I am seeing here is the engine, transmission and the gauge cluster. I am assuming that has been swapped in. You could run the VIN# and confirm if it was a factory turbo model but I kind of doubt it. Shouldn't hurt the value much except to a collector/purist. I wouldn't let anyone walk away with that without at least $5k in my hand for this area.
