NEED GONE QUICKLY. 1800 OBO. I'm selling my 1988 4runner. I just went threw a lay off and this is a item that Needs to go. It runs and drives fantastic!! Has a extremely strong running 22re, with absolutely no chain slap on first start up. Probably the best sounding 22re I have ever owned (I have had 5). It has the w56 5speed transmission and the clutch feels good. I have installed a full length add a leaf in the rear to eliminate the common rear sag in these trucks. This thinges runs a and drives awesome. I would jump in it and drive across the country. Has clean title
Now for the things that need some attention.
the ignition switch works but it needs to be replaced because the part that meshes with the tumbler is striped out. One from yoda jims is $15. But can be started with screw driver.
The previous owner had the headlight switch go out and in sead of replacing it he hard wired the head lights to a toggle switch. The new head light switch is $20 at jims.
There is some body damage as it is a 28 year old truck. The rear quaternary have very little rust, the fronts are not to bad. It comes with the smaller tires in the pictures as the other ones are my friends. I am asking 1800 or best offer. I do need this gone I got alot to catch up on. So I will consider offers.
