1990 4runner error code 21

I park this truck all winter and use it for camping summers. This year on startup it gives this oxy sensor/oxy sensor htr error. Any tips welcome

Just replaced mine, got a new one for 45 bucks on rock auto

don't get the Bosch sensor. Get the denso one.
