1990 4runner rear window motor

The gears inside the rear window (tailgate) motor are toast. Looking at ebay the ones on there aren't the same part #. my question is, what motors fit. The part # on mine is 95710-89105

looking to try to save $$$$
Does the other window motor fit right in (left- right)

I got mine from the local Toyota Junk yard for 25 bucks. Have you called around? If you find one, take your motor with you so they can match up the pigtail.

Try on craigslist, I know people are selling motors and regulators on the Bellingham and Vancouver BC CL to fix the rear gate window.

I used a sunroof motor off a celicasupra ,82-85 on my 88 runner rear window since I noticed they were the same with a very slight difference in part numbers but had the same plug. So, be open-minded when scrounging parts as Toy parts are interchangeable from year to year an for different models.
