1990 4runner wont run

ok..so my 1990 toyota 3.0 v6 4wd 4runner had low oil pressure. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and a truckload of groceries so I just decided to add oil and get it home. I was going up hill when I heard a lower rattle and then it stalled out. I had to walk it back downhill in traffic and rolled it to a gas station. From there I pulled it home and tried trouble shooting. the battery is good. The starter is good. then I checked the overfilled oil cap and saw a milky yellow muck in the top of the cap...is this water in my oil? do i drain it...get a new oil pump and try it again? will it even start? how do i get it to start? do i need a new motor? could it be a flywheel? I checked the tranny fluid for metal...none..I tried to turn the flywheel with that little hole...it turned. what now? no check engine light is on. i even tried popping the clutch but it just locks the back wheels..Help

Pull your oil dipstick to be sure, but if it looks like a milkshake it is your head gasket. If you are going to repair the engine then get that stuff out of the crankcase as soon as you can. Good luck.
