Hey I have been searching around for some info. The issue I am having is everything turns on and works but when I go to turn her over all I get is 1 click. It takes a couple tries but when It does turn over it starts fine. I have been reading that it could be the starter relay or the solenoid contacts I have not found any info on a 91 4runner having a starter relay. Not sure what I should do haha.

Try smacking it with a hammer a few times.
I'm pretty sure that it doesn't have a starter relay
Start with a test light fallow the wires to the starter.
On the lower side of the starter there is a wire pull it off have some one turn the key your test light should light up when the key is turned to the start position and go off in the run position if that works then you need a starter there cheap at a junkyard or hit your local pep boys
