You could probably even it out by uncranking the torsion bars. When I bought my 4runner 4cyl the front was sitting way up and I lowered it by uncranking the torsion bars.
As a side note I noticed that the ride quality and cornering improved after I lowered the front a bit.

When I compared them with the originals they were much shorter but a much thicker spring. I was thinking that the original springs were being compress beyond the height of the MOOG spring, so I continued with the replacement job. Let me know what you think. I also removed the rusted out rear bumpers. Also, replace the rims with a set of 97 Tacoma rims.
