Its good for parts, manual is a plus. Good for someone wanting to do a auto to manual swap, I grabbed one like this for the same thing. Drop your price a lot. Sell it as a whole, or part it out. Maybe it can be welded with patches for someone willing to do the work. It does have value. Rust is a killer on this, with very simple rust prevention (30 minutes per year) this rig would still be solid.
