Used car loan...that would be tough as book value will be way below the selling price. But if you have a line of credit they don't ask what you're taking the $$ out for.

I've seen this one for sale on CL for awhile too. For a stock cruiser their asking is absurd. If it was built up with low miles then maybe. There are much nicer cruisers on ih8mud.com

Working in the car business for awhile now and my experience with the used vehicle world is that select banks/credit unions will generally loan up to 120% of RETAIL value(dependent on your bureau). So you have to cash in hand to make up any difference from retail to asking prices.

Old age and mileage are considered red flags and high risk for lenders.
