Brake cable
see the pictures. That cable inside the drum brakes is attached to two levers at both ends (best shown in the second picture). Left lever is on the brake shoe.
In the second picture, you can see the second lever attached to the plate (right side). The other end of this lever is attached to the e-brake cable that comes from the e-brake handle.

Are you looking for what it attaches to inside of the drum or on the outside?
Here are some of my pictures that will hopefully help.
The short cable with the nut on one end and ring type thing on the other is park of the parking brake.
This housing has ABS but you can see where the outside the axle housing cable attaches on the passenger side.
This is the backside on the driver side.

Thank you for the pics, the ebrake cable inside the drum was not under the bracket on the bottom. So my ebrake now works.
On the drivers side drum I do not have the extra bracket to hold the brake adjuster in place or to keep it from turning. Is that normal? both my local parts shops had the right side brackets in stock but not the drivers side.

I purchased the non returning clip from the auto parts store and installed it.
Now my problem is the passenger side drum is sticking. Replaced everything, brake wheel cylinder, shoes, springs. The drum from the drivers side will not fit either. Adjuster is in the whole way. I have a friend that is a mechanic and he can not find anything wrong beside the drum will not fit on. any ideas?
