hey there i've got a mate hooking me up with 2" lifted springs out of a hilux. obviously because i've got ifs and his is dependent i cant take his front springs as well. i want to know the easiest way to lift my front 2" to match. i was just going to wind my front up. this would lead to a stiff ride and little articulation. i did some sprawling on the net and ball joint spacers look like the best option. i just want to know what everyone else thinks on this situation.

BJ spacers is a good, and fairly inexpensive solution.
Certainly a better choice than cranking the t-bars.

What he said. The torsion bars are for levelling the vehicle after adding weight, if you crank them to lift the front you'll adversely affect wheel travel and ride quality.

Ball joint spacers or a drop bracket lift are the way to go.
