1st Gen Sequoia Split Spoke Wheel on 5th Gen 4Runner?

Disclaimer: I did search before posting this.

Has anyone put the 1st gen split 5 spoke Sequoia wheel on a 5th Gen 4Runner? The wheels seem identical to the Trail/SR5

Size: 17 x 7.5
Bolt Pattern: 6 x 139.7

I found conflicting information on the offset - some sources say +15mm (same as 4Runner) and a few said +57mm.

They will fit on a 4th gen. I would think they would fit a 5th gen. also.

I would believe the +15mm over the +57mm offset. +57mm is over 2" and no factory wheel would have that much offset from the centerline because it would place undue pressure on the bearings. The rest of the measurements look right and I say go for it. You'll have a unique look to your 4R. But VERIFY they are 17" wheels. I don't know if the 1st Gen Sequoia used 16 or 17" wheels and 16s won't clear the brake calipers.

1st Gen (2000-2007) Sequoia wheels (in a 17 inch width) would seem to be compatible on a 5th Gen 4Runner - note recommended tire differences.

There was a 5th gen 4runner cruising around Ouray during the FJ Summit that had those split spoke wheels and they looked great. IIRC, they have identical backspacing and width as OEM 5th gen wheels so the fit is perfect.

Around here there are a bunch of Sequoias with those rims. Unsure of the reason, but seems the vast majority are missing one or more center caps.

I'll have to dig through and see what I have. I doubt I have any since I did a quick DIY spray paint job on the wheels and they are only for winter use. Right now they're obviously just sitting in the garage packed away under everything else.

I have the 17" wheels in question on my '03 Sequoia, and the door panel lists *both* these tire sizes as stock, same pressure (32psi).
