Had our first test run with the 4-Runner all set up, very impressed with all of the room we had for our gear/us/and the pups. Got some great Northern Lights shots from the top of the 4-Runner. Normally tent would not be under the awning however we were in the Badlands and it was the only protection from the high wind. The one sided sandpaper tape on the top of the rack added some good grip.
Went with the Yakima skybox 12, being it offered ample storage and gave 2 ft between the box and awning for additional storage and standing for pics.
