hello everyone! now before i start i would like to say hello ive just bought a 1986 toyota 4runner SR5 2.4 diesel with a bolt on ARB turbo kit already fitted and i am really enjoying it.

AND that i have had the head tested and they told me that the head is NOT cracked or blown. so this is what ive already done...

I have ready replaced the thermostat, i have flushed the radiator, i have removed the spot lights and the air-conditioning and my winch so there is max air flow to the raditator, the radiator has 3 rows in it and dose not seem to leak.

BUT! it still over heats while on boost after 10 mins at 80-90kms on the highway, it will not over heat around town or will it over heat on boost around town.....

but when im driving on the highway and i go easy on it ( go slow at 70-80kms) and not boost it the whole time it will be a happy chappy and not over heat. it only over heats when on constance boost :( which is very fun i might add, boost that is not over heating haha. so ive read alot of forums and it seem to come back to a cracked head but its not showing any other signs of it.

also my clutch fan is buggered but i order a new one and will arrive tomorrow. but i wouldnt think that would be the cause?

can anyone help me? thank you

i really like boosting around, i could not Imagen it without the turbo? who would even think of bring out a non turbo model, my dog could out run it.
