2 inches in the front. Now what body lift for a little more tire clearance?

I put a 2 inch spacer in the front to level the 4runner. I'd like a 1 inch body lift to fit a tire slightly larger than a 265/70-17. Are they fairly simple for this vehicle or are steering extensions etc needed? Any brand recomendations?

For 3"total lift, you should really consider a 3/2 spacer lift. Body lift isn't bad, but you'll get more benefit with a 3" spacer lift than you will with a 2" spacer lift + 1" body lift.

Body lifts 1"and under don't require the steering spacer. 4crawler is the most popular option for body lifts. Only other that I'm aware of is Toytec.

In addition to what ARK said: from what I've read, anything over 1.5" on a body lift WILL require a steering spacer which also seems to be the toughest part of the install for most who have done the larger body lifts.
Obviously it's not true for everyone, but I've definitely read plenty of threads with people asking questions about the steering spacer and not being able to get it to fit.

1.5" is the max body lift you can do on the 4th gen, or at least it's the largest one made. The steering spacer is optional on the 1", it IS required on any thing bigger. 4crawler doesn't list it as default in the 1"kit, Toytec does. More info on this can be found on the 4crawler ordering page.

What size tire are you going to put on? You can run a 32 with no or minimal trimming with a 3/2 lift and a 33 with some trimming.

Guess I'll go ahead and get a set of tires on then see how it looks with them and decide if it needs the extra space in the wheel wells. The Goodyear wrangler mtr is a true 32in instead of the typical 265/70 that is around 31.5. I'm afraid they'll look to bulky with my lift. I'll look at 4crawler and toytec as recomended.
