Hi,
I've got a 2000 4runner that has the factory trailer wiring. The issue I'm having is the left turn is not working on it (I've checked it with a tester.). When I hook it up to my trailer I get all my normal lighting for the right light (tail, stop, turn) but nada for the other. I'm assuming I need the left turn to work to make the circuit work?, i.e. tail and stop. I assumed the tail and stop would work though the turn doesn't but that's not the case. Anyway, does anyone know where this converter box for the flat 4 connector is located? I heard it may be on the drivers side panel next to the hatch (on the opposite side I have a storage compartment). Is that where it is? I don't want to take it all apart if that's not where it is.
