No loctite on them! Other than that you are sport on. If anything I would use a little Ultra Grey and you will be money.

Blue

Blue Loctite is the removable type unlike the red Loctite. I use it on a lot of things and never had a problem removing bolts. I learned to use it working on high quality electromechanical devices from Germany where they use it on many fasteners. Works especially well in this application where there's low torque and no lock or star washers. To each their own.

That valve cover is pretty badly oil soaked. Change the gasket as everyone has mentioned and then give it a good wash.
