2000 V6 - Intermittent misfire cylinder #5

Solved. It was the #5 injector, replaced and back in shape.

I don't have enough posts to start a new thread, so I have to ressurect this thread with similar issues and hope you guys see something I don't. My apolgies, but my symptoms are unlike any I've read about.

2002 limited 2wd, has always had a rough idle noticeable from the drivers seat. JUST turned over 100K, great condition. All maintenance is good. Just idles rough, from cold startup, hot startup, at stoplights, always. No shuddering or stalling or lack of acceleration, just not smooth.

-P0305 cylinder 5 misfire (makes sense)
-P0172 system too rich bank 1

ALL parts are OEM

-MAF is clean and good
-no vacuum leaks found
-plugs, wires, and coils are new and good (coil switched anyway to see if code followed)
-plug #5 is clean and dry
-fuel pressure regulator vac tube is dry
-C5 fuel injector "tests" and sounds good

According to the OBD the Long fuel trim is consistantly -32

MPG isn't even bad, I just want her to purr like my other 2.

With the age of these trucks, it is all the more likely that injectors are going to start going bad. If compression and leakdown checks out, I'd recommend removing injectors and sending them out for flow testing and cleaning.

I have injectors from MotorWest on the way already, I just wanted to see if there were any ideas I may have missed. I feel like the rough idle+ misfire+ rich fuel bank/LFT= stuck/ sticking injector. But I'm here to learn what I don't know...

The top of the radiator on my OTHER 4runner split today, LOL, so I'm looking at an all aluminum from SRQ fabrications now too
