2001 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 - 179,000 miles
-Options ordered: Rear heater with dual cup holders, Leather package, large painted over fenders, 16 Aluminum wheels, power tilt/slide sunroof, convenience package, color matched running boards= MSRP was $34,119
-Thunder Cloud paint, with Oak leather interior
Work done in the past 15,000 miles= Timing belt/Water pump, full differentials service, spark plugs, and REAR AXLE SEALS all work done at Toyota dealership at 164,000 miles. I just had Fred Anderson Toyota perform a multi point inspection for anything needed and it had a clean report, also oil was just changed at dealer. Transmission fluid has been done every 60,000 or so, oil every 3,000, and other services all documented
I purchased this runner local to me from the original owner - I have just about every single record from day 1 (oil changes done every 3,000 miles and proof of it). Have original window sticker, all dealer paperwork and brochures. First timing belt/water pump service was done at 89,524, he was super meticulous and kept it serviced and kept all records.
Pros
-very clean inside and out
-rust free body and undercarriage
-no leaks
-everything works as it should (windows, a/c, heat, radio, cruise control etc)
-all major things done (rear axle seals, timing belt etc)
-clean carfax, no accidents
-newer BF Goodrich tires with almost 90% tread
Cons
-at some point the windshield was replaced (I think in 2009), the tech used a different seal which has resulted in a minor rust spot on the windshield frame in about a 2inch long spot (pictures will be taken, it is minor but prefer full disclosure)
-power antenna is stuck in the up position
-tear on driver side seat bolster
-minor little blemishes, happy to share photos or even videos of any little thing
I have added husky liners in the front, as well as the cargo tray and upgraded front speakers.
