Hello ....... Asking for help diagnosing a problem. I had an intermittent liftgate window and wiper issue that was accompanied by a moaning noise every time the liftgate was raised. The conditioned eventually deteriorated to the point that the the entire window sized in the down position. The motor was replaced and found not to be the problem. I assumed the problem was the Relay 85930-35061 located in the liftgate. The relay was replaced by a used part that worked great but that too, had the same moaning problem when the liftgate was raised. That one too, eventually failed shortly there after. So I have a few questions:
1. Has anyone experienced this in the 2002 model year - the liftgate relay is different than other 3rd Gen model years?
2. What might the possible causes be - perhaps a chafed wire harness, bad relay, etc?
3. Like the earlier 3rd Gen breakers, can the 2002 breakers be repaired?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
