2002 4Runner pinion leak & flange movement. HELP

Good morning, hate to wake you up to this but here goes. I had what I thought to be a bad u-joint, but after the removal of the drive shaft I got a couple table spoons of gear oil that flowed from under the nut. Hmmm......grabbed the flange play and it moves as you can see in the video below.
