2002 4Runner SR5 tune up and maintenance advice

I have about 160k mile son the 4runner, I bought it used at around 90k miles. I have a few questions on maintenance stuff I need to do. It was serviced before I bought it and I have done regular oil changes and air filter replacements, full break job and break fluid flush was done recently.

What are some primary things I need to do at this point?

Tune up: Other than replace the plugs and wires I was going to replace the PCV and fuel filter. What else should I do as far as a tune up goes?

At what point it is a good idea to flush the transmission fluid?

At what point is it a good idea to flush the 4x4 fluid?

I am about to get the timing belt replaced also at a local dealer or mechanic depending on the best price. Should I go ahead and ask them to replace the water filter and all gaskets/seals? Is there anything else I should have them do while they are replacing the timing belt?

I don't want to spend anymore than I have to but I want to make sure things are taken care of also. Is there any other general maintenance stuff I should take care of?

Water pump you mean? Also the drive belts and pulleys while you're at it.

Additionally, you could lube the drive shafts. There is a how to link in this forum.

Oops, yes water pump.

Cant hurt to do a drain and refill on the trans - if nice and red then dont worry
make sure the level is right
the diff and transfer oil is a snap - might as well
take a look at the t belt and if no leaking water pump ect
you can probably put off a bit
but if your doing it defiantly replace the water pump and look
at the crank and cam seals while there (toyota parts only)
clean and lube poss under coat the vehicle a bit for protection against
that toyota rust
