2002 Toyota Navigation Head unit fit?

Will this fit in my truck? I don't have any wires for it and I don't know if it works. I found it at work. Not sure what year it was in but it said it was manufactured in March 2002.

Its a touch screen from a Lexus ES300, plugs should be the same(?). I would measure it to see if it will fit in the slot...you may have to take a dremel to your radio bezel b/c it looks kind of wide.

Thanks I want to try and see if i can get it to work before I chop up my dash.

Pull the bezel and your stereo and see if its "plug n play"...if it is, plug it in and make sure all the functions work
