2003 4runner limited edition horn not working

just bough 2003 4runner the horn is not working find out that some body took out the fuse under the hood. but when i put back the fuse the horn will come on and keep going till i romove the fuse again. any body can help me with this problem..

Check the relay for the headlamps which is located in the fuse box in the engine compartment.The horn is part of the factory installed alarm system. The contacts could be stuck.you can get an aftermarket relay from SMP for $35 or you get one from the dealer which will cost you $75.
