2003 Sport Suspension Question

I have recently noticed major bounce in the rear, I am assuming the suspension is hosed. From what I've read the sport edition has the Xreas suspension system. I am not looking for performance, just strictly a comperable replacement route. I am not looking to replace the Xreas, any reccomendations? I am assuming I will have to replace rear and front? Thanks--

Well, before you assume the worst; check your PSI. The temp is going up, so your tires are getting firmer. It could make it bounce a bit more. Just had to do that. The 32-34 psi I run suddenly bumped up to 36-38 and made for a harsher ride.

I have noticed this the last month or so, is there anything else that could cause it? Basically just seems way to bouncey when I am driving and actually tosses you a tiny bit. This is in regards to just everyday driving I dont offroad, most I do is pull my boat with it.

Whats my best option? scrap the Xreas and replace rear and front shocks? Also do I need a spring compressor for the front install?

sticky helped somewhat, but everything seems to be related to lifts. All I am looking for is a fix. Do I take off the xreas and put all new shocks on all around? or is there another route? as it doesnt seem like the fornt has an issue everything seems to be related to the bouncing in the back.

It definitely sounds like xreas is toast. In that case, you'd need to replace all four shocks. It may be best to have a shop diagnose the issue before tearing out xreas since you aren't looking for a lift.

As for shocks, bilstein 5100s are a great option and can be set to stock height/no lift. The 5100s can be purchased online for approx $300 a set.
