2004 Stock head unit and iTouch

Guys and gals...I've inherited my wife's 2004 runner as we just got a Sienna. I want to play my iTouch...however I am very happy with the stock unit.

Anyone out there use this device? iSimple® GateWay™???

That looks like a viable solution. A couple of years ago I used the USA Spec with my 2004 and it worked great. I suspect these two devices are similar. If anything it gives you another option.
