2004 V8 4.7L gaz consumption - just to compare !

I'm averaging about 300-325 miles per tank. No mods.. (I had my CBE installed yesterday so that doesn't count lol)

That's about 40 the 65 miles more per tank !! that's a lot lolll ! I don't understand why I am that high ... I am not hard on the pedal at all !!

That's with 80%-20% hwy/city driving though ..

I get about 15.5 to 14.5 MPG with my V8 on the hwy depending on wind conditions. That's with OME lift, D-rated tires, ARB roof rack (loaded) and ARB Bull Bar running btw 70 and 72 mph. That's tracking on paper which is more accurate, not by using the onboard computer.

50/50 Highway/City, but I drive aggressively and the highway miles are very hilly.

Usually average around 16.5. Mostly highway commute (~70mph) with some errands on the weekends, occasional lunch trips on workdays, and occasional stops at the grocery store on the way home. I usually get around 320 miles per tank befor refilling - not running it bone dry of course.

If I go on a road trip pushing ~80mph the MPG drops pretty quick.

Not as good as my VW GTI @27mpg but better than my Wrangler @13mpg so….
