2005 front mount hitch

Been looking to put a front mount hitch on my 2005 4runner SR5. I found bunches for the 2007 SR5. Perhaps this is a silly question, but, is there a configuration or frame change on the Gen4 from the 2005 and 2007? Or will the 2007 hitch receiver fit on the 2005?.
Also, any recommendations on a light to medium duty plow which will fit 4thgen 4runners.

I'm pretty sure the frame didn't change, it's the bumper that changed in 2006, so that will affect the way the front hitch would fit on the front.

While the 2007 SR5 front mount hitch may fit the 2005 SR5, it's advisable to consult with the manufacturer or a reputable retailer to confirm compatibility.

Having put a front 2" receiver hitch on my Jeep Wrangler that I purchased from etrailer on line and may I say a very good place to purchase trailer hitches, etc from, I do recommend them. They will have many videos with insulation on your model of vehicle and for that brand of hitch. You can also call them and there phone sales personal are very knowledgeable.

A 2007 T44R front hitch IS NOT compatible for a 2005 T4R!!
