2005 V8: heater won't work, fan still blows

Took it to the dealership and apparently they're stumped. I'm having trouble getting information on this. The AC works fine, but no heat at all.

Dealer admits they're clueless, and wants to pull the dash, with no real plan.

Any ideas? Thanks

Has the dealership given you a list of what they have tried? ie. process of elimination? like checking the heater core, T-stat, leak and/or air bubbles? Control valve?
