2006 4runner passenger window slow or doesn’t go down

2006 4runner passenger window slow or doesn’t go down. Seems to roll up at normal speed once I muscle it down with the switch and hand on the window.
Anyone else encounter this?

Could be the shitty tint one of the previous owners put on the front windows but I think the roll up would be just as effected.

I think you'll have to take off the door interior panel and evaluate the regulator. Something may be getting caught or the regulator is seizing/ not working in going down
