2006 4runner XREAS System

Hello all, a first time poster here... I just installed a 3" lift on my 2006 4Runner and removed the X-REAS suspension pieces including all 4 shocks, the rear coils and the X-Reas resevoirs on both sides. The vehicle has 56,000 miles on it. Any opinion on whether the used components are worth anything or should I pitch them?

If you removed them PROPERLY, they may be worth something. However, if you did not loosen where the valve is in the lines, they are worthless.

Probably not worth much. The only folks I'd think who would be interested in X-REAS would be folks who have it, and those who have it and need to replace it would simply upgrade to a stand alone system like OME.

Hey, I'm researching how I want to level or lift my 2006 Sport as well. I really like the way this thing drives and corners so I'm hesitant to do much more than a spacer lift at this point, allowing me to save the X-REAS. How does yours drive now without the X-REAS? Did you lose much in the way of cornering and handling? Before everybody jumps on me, I know it's not a sports car, but I've had many 4wd's and this thing handles better than anything I've ever owned, I'd like to preserve that somewhat if I can. So how does yours handle now without it? What kit did you install? Pro's or cons from somebody who has just done the exact same thing I'm pondering??? Thanks for input!
