1. In vehicles without the third-row seats, move all seats back 6 inches.
2. Add 4-6 inches of depth behind the pedals.
3. Add 4 inches of headroom.

Power up tailgate window with key fob
More adjustable front cup holder
Front driver seats that don't MOVE (SR5 & SE)
LED Tail lights (I hear this is actually coming)
More kewl things from Japan available here!!! (You guys get all the kewl stuff!!!!)

Here is my wishlist:
1) Memory seats
2) Power seats on all trims
3) Bluetooth nav with voice command
4) Height adjustable passenger seat
5) HID headlights
6) Add black as an interior color option
7) An all-in-one key
8) A few more inches of headroom would be nice
9) Power folding mirrors so it is easier to pull into tight spaces
A few of the things I listed are probably never going to happen because they are exclusive to Lexus. I can't wait to see what the 2006's look like!

All the above are good..also want to add
automatic trunk release
more ergonomically placed switches
moonroof buttons placed on the steering control
Also wouldnt mind the trunk/hatch window buttons on the steering..
but I would def. get another 4Runner if a manual tranny were part of the options without anything else..or would have to look to getting a subie outback XT!!

all i want is a 375 hp 400ft tq TRD version 4R that come w/ a button to change the suspension handling from street to off road , L&R side exhaust and a hood scoop that actually SUCK in cold air for a supercharge or turbo straight from the factory!! projector headlight w/ HID and wiper would be really nice too!

---a real bumper where it should be so I can mount driving lights without having to buy an over priced bull bar just to have driving lights.
---back lighted window switches.
---some decent instrumentation. Temperature markings on the coolant/temp needle, oil presure gauge, voltmeter. Come on, guys, clear legible gauges and not just idiot lights.
---shallower pods in the dash so one pod does not block the vision on the other pods....
---coin holder. The ashtray sucks.
---decent CD holder in the center console.
---HID or factory driving lights. See above.
---better factory tires than the Bridgestone H/T junk!
---350 hp/400 #torque 4.7 V8.
---larger gas tank. I am so used to my Tahoe's 30 gallon tank...we have 23 gal now, so how hard is it to make it 30???? It does not seem like much until you travel a lot and or go exploring in off beat places.......that 470 mile cruising range is a lot of comfort when you're on Zyzzyxx Road off Hwy 40 across the Mojave two hours to back to Baker or two hours to the Nevada Stateline.....or crusing up Nevada through the town of Rachel at the Alien Burger stop and going completely around Groom Lake and Area 51.....

Realistically, on the current platform I would like:
- HID's
- Memory seats
- Dual auto up/down windows
- Nav (don't get it in Canada)
That would tide me over till the 5th gen 4Runner in which I would like to see:
- 3rd gen-like ground clearance
- 300+hp
- Defeat switche(s) for VSC/TRAC
- Increased towing cap.
- Little more headroom
- More rear seat legroom
- Stereo upgrade with a bit more punch
- HID's
- Memory seats
- Dual auto up/down windows
- Nav (don't get it in Canada)

A comfortable drivers seat with some padding.
The seat is probably fine for a 140 asian,
but not a 225lb, 6'2", American.
It would also be nice if the seat didn't go
clunk every time you went around a corner
and fix the bottom of the seat
so it is fastened correctly.
