2007 heater problems

hello my wife has been having issues with her heating in her 4runner. its a base or sr5 model with single climate control and it only blows heat on the drivers side top heater vents but not the feet vent but on the other side it blows cold air though the top vents but blows hot on the feet vent and also it blows cold air though the rear vents in the center console. not quite were to start or what cud be wrong. anyone else had this issue please lmk cuz the shop has no idea y this is like this

come on someone has to have an idea y this wud act this. have heard of dual climate controls having screw ups but not this. please any starting point wud b great. don't want to pay 400-500 bucks just for them to not come up with nothing

ok I rechecked how it was coming out and its coming out of the all the driver vents top and feet and on the passenger side its coming out of the feet but not the top and no warm air in the rear vents. wondering if anyone has a clue were to start at

I had a kinda similar experience when the temp settings are different for both sides. Setting both sides on same temp fixed it for me. Have you tried this?

its only a single control climate control not a dual. its set ur temp and its suppose to blow that throughout the whole vehicle
