2008 4.7 Spark Plug change questions

I found all this info in scattered older threads, but just wanted to get some recent input from anyone who has changed their spark plugs recently.

1) did you torque the plugs to 13 or 15 ft lbs?

2) is torque on the coil pack bolt important?

3) did you use any antiseize?

4) I ordered sk20r11 denso. These should be pre gapped, correct?

1) I dont use a torque wrench, but if you choose to you wont tell the difference between 13 and 15, either one is ok.
2) No
3) I dont, but it does not hurt to use it if you live in a place they salt/spray roads. Use the stick and just lightly coat them, you dont want too much.
4) I always check the gap, but technically yes, they are pre gaped.

Don't try to adjust gap on iridium plugs. All you will do is damage the electrode thus ruining the plug. I have installed hundreds of these without ever checking gap. They are pre-gaped from the Denso and have a protective plastic collar to prevent the gap from being decreased during shipping/handling. Do check the box for any signs of being dropped however. If it may have been ask for a different one. This was the only issue I had with these plugs.

Also a dab of anti-seize on the threads isn't a bad idea if you plan to ever replace the plugs again but not the end of the world if you don't.

1) I torqued to 15. When I removed the old ones from the previous owner, several were loose... didn't want that to happen again.
2) Not important. I just tightened them up snug. I did replace those bolts due to rust.
3) I used antisieze when I changed out the plugs on my 04 V6, but did not use them on the V8... Do whatever you want. It's not necessary but wont hurt either. Just put it on conservatively... not too much.
4) I used the same plugs for my V8. I did not have to adjust the gap. They were all correctly gapped (I checked).

Thanks everyone for the help. I got the job done today. I just recently purchased this 4th gen, 113k Miles. I don't have any recent service records. I don't know much about spark plugs, but the old plugs sure didn't look like they had 113k miles on them. They also seemed to have antiseize on them as I ended up with a shiney metallic grease on my hands after touching the threads. Do y'all think these were the original plugs?

Those look good. They may have been replaced at around 100,000 miles if the service was done at that time.
