So,,, I got my 4Runner with a bit of damage from the previous owner. The passenger side rear cladding and fender flair are pretty badly damaged. besides deep scratches and discolored plastic due to bending stress. All the connection points are torn off. I thought it would be easy/cheap to order/find replacements. I was wrong.

I tried the local Junkyard, but they only wanted to sell me the entire door.
Ebay & dealers both want $450+
I don't think that I can repair the mounting points.
If I can find something in the wrong color I am thinking of rhino lining all of them.
Does anyone have any ideas?
