2008 highlander oil leak, should I try to fix?

Have a 2008 highlander sport, 2wd with 106,640 miles. Just completed an oil change and noticed some oil residue on the passenger side axle CV boot and steering rod boot as well as up on the engine on the rear passenger side above the oil pan. Seems to be minor, no observed drip and nothing on the garage floor, but I cannot identify the leak source. Any thoughts on where it might be coming from, and whether or not I should try to get it fixed or just live with it? See attached pics, sorry they're upside down.

easiest way to locate the leak is clean the area with liberal amounts of brake clean. then drive it for a few days and re-check. it all depends where the leak is coming from to know if its worth it. timing chain cover-the motor most likely has to come out, valve covers-tedious but are cheap.

Probably the Timing Cover, we see them now and then.
