2008 Sway bar bushing

Hi,

I was removing the daystar 2.5/1.5 spacers on the 4Runner and noticed that the front sway bar bushings are shot.

I have a 2008 V8 Limited, does anybody know what's the front and rear sway bar diameter? I can't find a fit guide and don't have the proper tool to measure it correctly.

Tks!

I'm looking to buy the Energy or Polythan bushings, but the problem is that in the post he says 30/21 and on the web sites they say 29/17...

I guess I'll have to buy a measuring tool to make sure I get the right part!!

Yeah I ended up getting an inexpensive digital caliper to measure mine. I would recommend the grease able prothane bushings. I love mine have had them in for almost a 1 1/2 years..

So my 2008 V8 Limited has a 30mm bar up front and 19mm at the rear. I used the adjustabke wrench trick

I'll order the greasable, tks for the input.

If they're shot, might as well get some polyurethane ones.

ToyTec sells them (use the 5% discount code)
Front 29mm Sway Bar Bushing Kit

Wheelers OffRoad sells them as well (no sales tax!)
Energy Suspension: Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit, 29mm

the size thing is confusing. website says one things. toyota says another. I have heard 30mm front and 21 mm rear for my 08 v6 4x4.

Note: All specs are for both two-wheel drive (2WD) and four-wheel drive (4WD) unless otherwise noted.
