200k T-belt service, with or without cam seal replacement?

Hi guys, so I just hit the 200k mile mark on my 05 limited v8 with vvti. I bought it with 55k on it and I have always changed the oil at every 6500 mi using synthetic oil and oem filter. I had done the 1st timing belt at 100k.
I will be replacing the timing belt and all associated parts soon since I just hit 200k. I would like some first hand opinions of fellow 4runner with the vvti 2uz-fe v8. I am wondering if there is any need to replace the camshaft seals during the t-belt replacement even if they are not leaking?
Normally I would replace the crankshaft and camshaft seals but due to the extra steps that are involved (camshafts need to be removed) I am unsure if I should replace them. I saw no signs of the crank or cam seals leaking at the first 100k t-belt service but I decided to replace just the crankshaft seal at that time.
So what do you you guys think? If I get in there and see no signs of the seals leaking at 200k should I just leave well enough alone, or should I replace them due to the mileage?

Over the past 10 years I started with the "if I'm in there i'll replace it" mentality and slowly over the last few cars (mainly toyotas) have developed the "if it aint broke dont fix it" mentality.

If it were the non-vvti motor where you really dont have any extra effort except to take off the 2 cam shaft pulleys to replace the seal, I would say go for it (i'm in the process of doing a timing belt, water pump and crankshaft seal on mine but decided to leave the camshaft seals alone since its only at 130k miles) but with the extra effort to tare into the vvti motor You'll probably not save yourself much time doing the extra work now, vs tearing it back apart if a leak were to develop later..

I know I'm new to the forums, but do speak from at least a bit of experience, so take my advice at your own risk
