Mnn looks like most people get a 4runner for X-Mas

I bought my previous in december.

That total sales is really interesting, totally reflects econimic conditions by year. Noting that less than 20k were sold in 2009, and over 110k in 2004!

I bought one of those few 2009 T4R's, and making it even more unusual it was a 4X4 Sport Edition. That being said who knew 4 Runners were so rare in Canada? That's particularly surprising considering the fact that with weather and driving challenges, you'd think a smooth riding truck based SUV would be the perfect Canadian vehicle.

Interesting, I knew that Canadian sales are way less than in US, but I didn't expect it that low.

Higher gas prices = less large vehicles. However, we do buy more pick-ups than Americans so some of the 4x4 demand is made up in that segment. A quick peak at Ford F-series and Dodge Ram sales shows this.
