2010-2013 Trail rack swap - need help

I'm probably overthinking this, but want to be 100% sure I have all the parts I need before I start unbolting my current rack. The truck is a 2013 SR5, and I just bought a new 2010-2013 Trail rack from a member here.

The rack came with some parts I don't recognize, and didn't come with 4 pieces I'm pretty sure I need. Hoping someone who has done this swap can help me confirm what I do and don't need. Or, if someone happens to have a diagram from a manual....even better. All of the parts sites show a pretty useless picture, which is always of the SR5 rack.

What I got was obviously the rails and cross bars, as well as the 8 black torx mounting bolts. So far, so good. I also got the following:

4 fiber washers that look sort of like drain plug crush washers
4 rubber washers / spacers that are about 1/4" thick with metal inserts
8 rubber gaskets with adhesive on one side. 4 of these are round, and 4 are oval. See below for pics of these parts, along with the bags and part numbers that I can't find anywhere.

What I believe I am missing, at a minimum, are the 4 metal brackets that are only used on the trail or with a rack delete kit: Part # 63185-42020.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

thats all there is to it. there are no metal brackets. take the SR5 rack off, pull the little metal bracket from the mounting holes. Slap some sealant around the mounting holes and bolt that sucker on. I have done the swap on 2 SR5s now

Has that site gone away since these posts? (TRD source).

I'm starting my roof rail swap today and want to make sure everything that needs to be plugged, sealed, "watered" gets done.
