That listing is so stupid cheap that it you need to scoop it up QUICK!!!!

If not someone else willl.... Heck I dont need but might consider it for that price.

And to answer your question, I dont know first hand but have no reason to believe that the motor mounts are in differnt positions. That being said, you may need to swap your heads with this one and all electronics from your motor to make it work. your basicaly buying a long black when you only need a short block

Price is super cheap.

Yes - it will "fit" - but no it's not the same engine. Not sure what it takes to make it work electronically. Best bet would be to swap the short blocks. I think they are compatible. The heads are different as the '10 has dual vvti.

Its a Canadian 4r. You could possibly run into emissions issues with it, if you have emissions testing in your state.

No first hand experience but I can not believe it will be as simple as swapping parts from your old engine onto the new engine. I can not believe the piston domes, deck height etc. are the same on the new and old engines. Most likely the accessory bolt location, bosses, sensor location etc. are different also. It is possible they even changed the head bolt pattern and bolt size. Then again go ahead and try it. Let use know off any fails.
