2010 engine block coolant drain points?

Looking for a diagram or some personal experience on where the engine block drain nuts are located in the 2010 model with the v6 dual vvt-i. My old coolant hadn't been changed by the previous owner for over 100k and I really want to try and make this baby last in to the upper 200's if I can. What the best way to flush out as much of the old coolant from the engine, heater cores, smaller recesses etc.. without causing harm? Thanks

Thanks for the link and info. I should have added that I already drained all the fluid by emptying the radiator via the plastic petcock, refilling with distilled water, and running for 10-15mins or so with the heater on. I repeated that process about 6 times until the fluid coming out was only barely pink. I also dumped a bottle of Thermocure in at the last dump/fill with the distilled water, and ran it for about 3 days.
So now, I'm stuck in the position of having to drain everything so I can refill it with the proper coolant instead of a thermocure-distilled water mixture. What's the best way to empty everything out, considering I have to since its in there now? Is the cheap Prestone Flush n Fill kit any help here? https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=11&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjujLL40NndAhUBYawKHYHuA3YQFjAKegQILRAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FPrestone-AF-KIT-Flush-Fill-Kit%2Fdp%2FB000CCFY5W&usg=AOvVaw0ngIgBiVlksK5XulxUUXej

I'm reluctant to introduce anything but 50/50 mix in it as well, but I'm passed the point of no return, so flushing the whole thing is pretty much my only option as I see it. I just want to know what the best way to get it all out might be. I'd prefer not to have hose water in the system period, but that's a risk I might have to take to get all the thermocure out. Then refill will toyo coolant and distilled water with fingers crossed

Thanks, at this point that's what I'm thinking. Just drain and refill with distilled until it comes out clear over the course of a couple of days. I'd be willing to pay a mechanic with one of the $2k machines that removes the old fluid, if it has a better result. All the hoses look good without cracks or anything I can see from lookin at all of them, or I'd replace them. I really want to avoid using the hose water in the aluminum block at all costs. And I'm in Louisiana, Third World and Proud of It, so God only knows what else is in hose water.
Will doing repeated flushes via the top radiator cap and bottom radiator petcock a trustworthy method of getting all of the water/thermocure mix out? Don't care how much water it takes obviously, distilled is cheap. Would the repeated flushes adequately flush the small passages, engine block, and heater core? Removing the block plugs is more than I can do right now from the time expense and lack of experience. So, in that regard I'm willing to pay a professional if the result would be significantly better versus just draining the radiator as many times as it takes to get all the thermocure and rust out. The rust wasn't extreme thankfully from looking at one radiator pan worth of radiator fluid, but there was some corroded coolant around the cap and reserve tank when I took ownership of the vehicle. Coldest it gets down here is maybe 20 for a day or so in an extreme "winter". Lower than that wouldn't happen until December-ish anyway.
Do ya'll think repeated flushes at the radiator and then refiling with the right ratio will get all of the stuff outside of the radiator itself out of the coolant system? Or should I just go ahead and take it to a non-stealership mechanic and have them do it? Thanks for the input

Thanks, I looked hard for them last night after looking at threads on the topic and youtube videos, but couldn't locate them I'll find them eventually though. Is the advantage of the engine plugs just removing more fluid at once? Or is it a necessary step that will leave bad stuff in the engine if I decide to skip it and just use the radiator however many times it takes? Thanks

Using the block drains is not necessary and it will not remove any more contaminants then just draining and refilling the system several times after letting it run for a while after each refill… just make sure you do a couple of drain and fills with the correct mixture of Toyota coolant (after you’ve done distilled water) which I believe probably comes pre-mixed from the dealer. This way you know you have the correct ratio of coolant to water...
