Are you sure the fluid reservoir is full? A forum member had this (rear washer) symptom a while back and it was due to an almost empty reservoir (fronts still worked).

Also, the front and rear washers have seperate pumps off the common reservoir - my rear pump failed about 6 months ago.

Thanks for the information! I know you had to ask.. yes, the reservoir is full. I wasn't aware of the second pump, but I can hear the motor turning. I'll try to locate the second pump and check its output before letting the dealer muck around with it. I'm a little protective, especially when it comes to second rate techs.

I just dealt with this in Colorado. I think it was related to temperature. Once I got back to Texas in temperatures above 25° all systems began to operate properly.
