2010 limited

Hi guys I'm new to the toyota world. I Need a lil input from u 4 runner guys.
My uncle is selling his 2010 limited ..it only has 60000km on it, the vehicle in Mint .....
He wants 34000.00 thousand (Canada ). just wondering what u all think about that price
The reason I want I want to upgrade to an SUV is because we are going to have are first child. So what do u think about the 4 runner for a family vehicle
And is there anything I need to know about the 2010 since it was the first year of the new models any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That price ($34,000 Cana/$30,000 USD) doesn't sound unfair at all given that it's in mint cond, is a limited, and only has 37,000 orig miles on the clock. However, If you go to a dealership, depending how long the truck has been sitting there, you can demand that they certify the vehical (one year "bumper to bumper")... and haggle the price.

When I was looking for a 2010 or '11 "Certified pre-owned" limited in Blizzard Pearl (back in 2012), most of the dealers that I visited were asking about $37-$39 (LOADED) for them w/around the same mileage on their's. Talk to your uncle first and see if he's a bit flexible w/the price; it may just work out for the both of you! Incidentally, I couldn't find a BP limited model in my area so I ended up buying a new one (2012), which was a "special order" at that time... but, I'm really glad I got it!

I saw a 2011 Limited with 130,000km on Kijiji and they are asking $33,900 so you are definitely in the wheelhouse. Maybe he'll be a nice uncle and give it to you for a bit less.

One good thing though, you can probably trust that if he said it was well maintained it was well maintained. Low km too. If it's in your budget, the price is right, and you are serious about getting a used 4R, I would strongly consider it as this is an unusual opportunity in terms of KNOWING what you are buying for a used vehicle.

2011 and 2 kids

Mine is just a year younger and I feel good knowing my 1 and 4 year old are safe in the Runner.

As far as price goes, my brother-in-law just bought a used 2010 from Lexus for under $32k - 70k+ miles. Maybe your uncle can cut you a break.

Thanks for the info guys.. I actually talk to the old fella today and he said give me 33 and she's yours lol ...so she's gonna be mine by the end of the week ..

Long storie short. Before I wanted his 4r he actually traded it on a new highlander But he wasn't getting till end of may. ,, so I jumped in before the dealer I guess. So I think I'm getting a pretty good deal ...

We bought our mint 2010 LTD last year for $32k with 42k KM on it.

If you are like us, you'll just love it more and more everyday.
