2013 4Runner Won't Start

Hi guys, last wednesday my 2013 4runner was working just fine. After it was parked for a couple of days the engine doesn't seem to want to start. When I turn the keys, the engine sounds normal wanting to start but it just keeps going. The engines will not start. I've tried changing the battery but still no luck. I've booked an appointment with Toyota but if there is any suggestion, please offer it because I really don't want to go and deal with their auto service. Thank you

Don't take this the wrong way... but is there gas in the tank?

With the things ive seen... you would end up asking the question too.
