If at all possible, I would recommend being open to traveling a little to get the 4R that you want. When I was buying my LE in Feb 2011 (bought for $39200), I contacted multiple dealers in an area ranging from NJ to MD/DC (I live in PA). This helped, because I was able to find the 4R that I wanted and then set up a dynamic where 2-3 dealers were competing for my business.

I ended up purchasing from a different dealer than originally planned and had a great buying experience.

I purchased a 2013 mag gray sr5 4x4 with the premium package and 3rd row seats. The original price I got down to was 39k. I decided to add a few things after that increased the final price.
I am extremely happy with the 4runner and that I was able to unload my wifes 06 grand cherokee that was every bit of a lemon. i got 8k on the trade and couldnt be happier!
