2013 Weathertech fit?

Just received my weathertech digital fit floor mats and went to install them. However the retention devices do not line up with the holes on the weathertech mats, and even if they did, the holes are too small.

I selected 2012 mats when purchasing since 2013 was not available yet. I'm wondering if the retention clips are different on the 2013s because of the safety issues? Mine have little knobs that you turn after you've place the floor mats on, is this similar to the 2012s?

Anyone get the front weathertechs to fit in their 2013?

Yeah, I have a 2013 and did a bit of research before getting the floor mats. They are different, 2013 have quarter turn knobs and 2010 - 2012 have hooks. WeatherTech and other makers have not come out with the new design. Might want to try and return them or remove the quarter turn knobs on the floor to hooks if you can find them and remove them. Alright, thanks for the info guys.

Don't really want to wait for them to create the 2013, after all,
winter is coming...

I guess I'll plug the holes up somehow and just use w/o the retention knobs.

Anyone know how to remove the quarter turn retention knobs without destroying them? I gave them a good tug and even pulled the carpet up a bit to look at the backs. Seem kinda permanent to me...

I, too, bought the 2010-12 Weathertechs for my '13. I just used two pry bars on either side of the retention knobs. They broke, but they came out. I don't need the retention knobs anymore anyways since the mats stay in place just fine without them.

I went through this a couple months ago, search and you'll find my thread with pic's.

Please fill out the product request form on the Weathertech website. I've emailed them several times, and they say the 2013 is in the queue.

OK for the front driver's and passenger's seats.

But will the 2011 4Runner Weather Tech Floor liners for rear seats and cargo area fit the 2013 perfectly? Looking for advice from people who have actually done it.

I have a 2013 TE and I ordered the 2013 digi-fit liners and they fit just fine, fronts and backs.

So I have a 12 LE and bought some WeatherTech Extreme-Duty DigitalFit Floor Liners.
The old hooks came out fine and the new ones went in fine too, now while the drivers side mat fits OK ish the passenger side looks like poop (see attached pictures)
I called WeatherTech and explained this and the sale guy said it take a week for the mats to "Settle" maybe more in cold weather.
For all you guys who have had them for a while now is this true? Do they settle after a while or is the sales guy blowing smoke up my pooper????

when i did install mine, i let mine sit inside the house about 24hrs to warm up since they are trucked in the cold.

after i installed them, they did sit flush, but as they have gotten warm/cold-extremely cold they have pulled away from being flush.

but my temps have varied from about 30F to -20F all winter so they tend to flex quite a bit.

Could always take a hair dryer to them. I did that for the driver side of my Husky's and it made them much better... even though it's winter.
