Latest Car & Driver issue is the "new car" issue - they state re: 4Runner changes, "Unchanged" for 2013.
What do you see the benefits as being, and how can you justify the loss?
I wouldn't buy another 5th Gen unless I totaled the one I have or I put over 100k miles on it just because they put out a turbo diesel. I'm not one to talk about wasting cash on vehicles, but what exactly are you guys using to justify the thought of trading in your truck for a turbodiesel option? What do you see the benefits as being, and how can you justify the loss?
Increased torque. Hopes of one day doing expeditions in countries where Diesel is more common than gasoline.
I wouldn't take a loss on my T4R as I have quite a bit of equity in it already.

That said, I'm hopeful they'll release HIDs that will be backward compatible with all 5th Gen models. :snacker:
I heard-:
Cup holders on the rear bumper.
AC Conditioned seats.
Power tailgate.
Projector headlights.
LED rear lights.
Memory front seats.
LED's under the hood.
22' wheels for the LE.
7 speed gear box.
Turbo Diesel.
TE has factory winch option and better under body protection.
Rear AC vents.
and 35 MPG.
I read it on the inter-web so it must be true.....Right?:thumb3:
I've said it before - The biggest change will be the price.
The Tundra, introduced in 2007, is pretty much the same Tundra we have some six years later, except for the introduction of the 4.6L
Funny... my tundra was an '03. And they were introduced in 2000 with a 4.7l and the 3.4l.
