You were saying that you installed with the bumper still on? What did you actually need to remove? Just the top piece and the upper grill? Also, did you center the brackets on the crash bar or push the light to almost touching the grill??

Look into OPT-7 as well. Hooked mine up yesterday and was very happy with it. Decent price too.

Got my mounts last week. For the price, I couldn't pass on the OPT 7 bar. Thanks for the recommendation. Once I get everything installed I'll post pics here.

Got the combo beam without the harness. I purchased their harness separately to save a few bucks and get prime shipping since the harness/bar set comes by ground.

4.5" diameter for this model. I would think placing 3-4 across the front. Here's an example of 5 across the front with [MENTION=114472]TRD Pro[/MENTION]'s mounting solution shown:

Most LED pods are around 3" square, though, so your bracket might offset the Light Cannon too high in the grill?

Had my mounts for a couple weeks now... finally broke down and ordered a bar from Heretic studios. A little cheaper than rigid and baja, but great light output and USA made...

Did a crinkle finish on the mounts and bar should be here tomorrow. Will post pics when I get things together.
